Medell and Terri Robinson for trademark infringement under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.  Crofton, Maryland-based Coach & Courier is seeking an injunction, damages, and other relief for alleged unauthorized use of the trademark and trade name "Coach & Courier" (see image).  The parties reportedly provide transportation for hire services in Maryland.
