  • 2008 Maryland trademark filings and registrations continue to trail 2007 numbers:

  • Wake County, North Carolina, Superior Court Judge Donald Stephens ruled September 3, 2008, that two Chinese companies and a former Serenex employee must pay Serenex $57.5 million for damages.
